These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Pixl Studio Mac application ("Pixl Studio" or the "App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

Use of the App

  1. Account Creation: In order to use Pixl Studio, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account setup process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Pixl Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The use of Pixl Studio is at your own risk. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pixl Studio makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or the reliability of any information obtained through the App.
  2. Limitation of Liability: Pixl Studio and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modifications, Termination, and Governing Law

  1. Modifications: Pixl Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to you through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App following the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
